Refunds & Returns

a. Any purchase of ready-to-go products are accepted by the customer "as is" - and will only be refunded (less the delivery charge) in the case of loss or damage in transit.

b. Custom products will only be refunded (less the delivery charge) in the case of loss or damage in transit. 

c. In limited circumstances, products may be returned at the customers expense for a store credit or alternate product of similar value. This is on a case-by-case basis, and subject to the approval of Wild Creatrix, as most physical products are one of a kind.

d. All orders are insured for loss or damage during transit. To process a claim on damaged items, photos need to be taken to show the condition of the package (and the item/s) upon receipt. These photographs must sent to hello@wildcreatrix.com within 7 business days of receipt of the order.

Shipping

a. Shipping charges for physical items, both domestic and international, are scaled depending on the total weight of the order. 

b. Wild Creatrix ships all over Australia. International shipping is only to the United States, Canada, and New Zealand at this time.

Spiritual Services

Tarot readings, Oracle card readings, and Astrology reports are for entertainment purposes only. They are not meant to replace professional legal, financial, or medical advice. Wild Creatrix cannot be held liable for any misuse of information, action or inaction, by the recipient(s) as a result of these reports.  

Errors

Wild Creatrix is a one-person operation, and as such there may be typos or other errors in the information presented in this site. If a visitor notices anything amiss or unclear, they are encouraged to send an enquiry to hello@wildcreatrix.com to review the issue.

Blog topics

The Wild Creatrix is neurodivergent, pansexual, polyamorous, kinky, and unapologetic about who she is, which will sometimes be reflected in the content of the blog. All posts that may contain difficult or triggering topics will be appropriately tagged so those who wish to avoid reading about them may do so. 

The Wild Creatrix reserves the right to adapt, add to or otherwise change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The Wild Creatrix also reserves the right to terminate any order or account that goes against these Terms & Conditions.
